Week 6 AFC West Player Prop Bets to Consider

KC Chiefs at the WFT Over/Under 54 KC is a -7pt Road Favorite

  • Patrick Mahomes Over 2.5 Touchdowns (-135) –

The Chiefs implied point total is 30.5 points. The Washington Football Team is ranked in the bottom five of pass defense. In Washington’s last 3 games, quarterbacks have scored 4+ TDs in each game. This match-up has all the makings of a get right game for the Chiefs. With the loss of starting running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire, expect KC to be even more pass heavy than normal. The Chiefs have scored 19 total touchdowns this season and Mahomes has accounted for 17 of them (16 passing 1 rushing). In a game where Kansas City is expected to score around four touchdowns, this is a strong prop to consider.

  • Darrel Williams Under 2.5 Receptions (-110) –

The prop is straight forward. On the season Clyde Edwards-Helaire had nine catches on 10 total targets through five weeks. Williams has seven receptions on the year; half of which came in desperation mode during the Chiefs Week 5 game against Buffalo. The Chiefs offense pushes the ball down the field. They are not a check down team. Give this prop strong consideration.

Chargers at the Ravens Over/Under 51 Chargers are a +2.5pt Road Underdog

  • Austin Ekeler Over 44.5 yards receiving (-115)-

The only realistic chance of pulling out a W in this matchup for the Chargers is to attack the Baltimore defense through the air. Ekeler has been the focal point of the Chargers offense all season. Expect Ekeler to see around 20 touches in this matchup. If Baltimore continues to stifle the run, expect the Chargers to use short passes to get Ekeler involved in the game plan. In the last four games, Ekeler has seen at least five targets while averaging 8.4 yards per reception on the season. Feel confident in this play.
