This is a must win game for the Denver Nuggets. Allowing Portland to take the lead on the series heading into the 6th game would be catastrophic for the current Nuggets roster. Remember, many here are still very young. Aaron Gordon and Facu Campazzo are still fresh to the nature of NBA playoff basketball. To add insult to injury, MPJ is buckling under the pressure of his second playoff run at a time where the team is relying on his scoring more than ever.
That being said, Nikola Jokic has been outstanding, averaging 31 points, 11 rebounds, and shooting and 43.7% from the three a game. While game four was a sad showing from everyone, including the Joker, do not expect the Nuggets center to have another game like that anytime soon. In fact, consider both Jokic’s 10.5+ rebounds prop and his 31.5+ points prop.
Tonight will be a nail biter, so buckle up and we will see you there!
