  • Under is 4-0 in Pistons last 4 home games
  • Pistons are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games following a straight-up loss of more than 10 points
  • Nuggets are 2-5 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Detroit
  • Over is 4-1-1 in the last 6 meetings

The breakdown:

Unfortunately, the Nuggets will not get to play against the familiar faces of Mason Plumlee and Jerami Grant due to injury. There will also be some faces from the Nuggets who will be out due to rest. The Nuggets will, however, likely close out this game. While we don’t know for sure if MPJ will be back from rest, the Nuggets look to be holding things together long enough to pick up the win tonight. With Detroit’s long list of injuries and abysmal last few weeks of play, going 2-8 in the last 10, the Nuggets shouldn’t have much of a problem.

As the season winds down, Denver is happy to see the return of Monte Morris. While tonight’s game should be an easy win, these final games are key for Morris and the rest of the team to find continuity in a season that has seen 21 different starting lineups. With that much turnover, the Nuggets will find it hard to go into the playoffs with confidence, however, if there is one person in the league that can lead this team through those trials and tribulations, it is Nikola Jokic. Look for him to continue his impressive play tonight and through the rest of the season, no matter how important the game is.

Tonight, Jokic might just have to take over once more if Denver is to get the win. That said, if there is one prop I like with Facundo Campazzo resting, it is Austin Rivers over 11.5 points. He’ll be getting more minutes tonight and against a team that is 19th in defensive rating in the NBA, 11.5 seems very fair.

With all the news of injuries and players resting, this also could be the game you just sit back and enjoy as the season comes to a close, because even the books right now have no idea who to include for props. Do whatever your heart desires, if you think you can make money tonight, then by all means, go for it.

Enjoy the game and happy betting!
