‘Twas the day of March Madness, and all through the house, all the humans were stirring, maybe even that pesky mouse. The brackets were made with care, but before we lose track of any other sports, there’s Nuggets basketball tonight! Denver tips off against the Chicago Bulls at 7 p.m. MST at Ball arena to continue their homestand.
Denver remains without Gary Harris, Monte Morris, and Markus Howard, while RJ Hampton has been listed as probable.
Chicago will be missing Garett Temple and Devon Dotson.

The last time Denver played Chicago was just before the All-Star break, where the Nuggets won by 6. It was an incredible performance from Jokic along with great work from the supporting cast. While that spread of -7 for Denver might seem high, let’s not overcomplicate things. Michael Porter Jr. has upped his game in a major way, while Will Barton continues to prove many people, including myself, wildly wrong with his performances of late. With Jokic being ever so consistent this season along with a welcome improvement on the defensive side of things from the team, it all points to Denver taking another home victory tonight.
There remains the worry of Zach LaVine taking over in Denver, but he and Coby White got 23 and 20 pts respectively during the last meeting, and with the remaining players largely kept in check, Denver pulled out the win on the road.
The way Denver has been playing, with the blip against the Mavericks aside, it’s hard to imagine them losing to this Bulls team.
