The Denver Nuggets (5-2) will look to defeat the Philadelphia 76ers (5-2) when they square off Friday evening at Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado.

Denver enters the game fresh off a bludgeoning of the Miami Heat and will now set their sights on the 76ers.

After ripping off five straight wins to begin the season, Philly has dropped back-to-back games versus the Utah Jazz and Pheonix Suns.

The 76ers will be without budding star Ben Simmons Friday. Simmons has been ruled out of the game with a Grade 1 AC joint sprain and is expected to miss roughly three games while addressing the issue.

Denver opened up as -5.5 point favorites versus the 76ers. Despite the injury to Simmons, the public is backing the 76ers big time with 80% of the money funneling towards Philadelphia.

The Over/Under has been set at 210 for Friday's contest. There has been some movement of the Moneyline. Denver opened at -250, but that number has shifted to -186. The 76ers Moneyline currently sits at +166.

Denver 3-3-1 against the spread this season while the 76ers have posted a 5-2 record ATS. The two teams are a combined 5-9 versus the O/U this season.

Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. MST.
