The champ is here! We were able to meet up with our MMA “KO The Card” challenge winner from the Jon Jones vs Anthony Smith card, Maddison Danley @missrae1986. She received an autographed Tyron Woodley picture for beating our pro @brogthepredator fight card picks and having the highest score out of the rest of entrants. The picks came down to the wire and were very close. What helped her to KO the competition was picking the Usman fight flawlessly. She will now be the reigning champ going into our next “KO The Card” challenge on April 13th, which is the Holloway and Poirier fight. This is a great card and will be a tough to pick. You will have the likes of Kelvin Gastelum vs. Israel Adesanya in a slugfest, Eryk Anders vs. Khalil Rountree , Nikita Krylov vs. Ovince St. Preux, Boston Salmon vs. Khalid Taha and Max Griffin vs. Zelim Imadaev adding to the mix. You will not only need to beat our pro’s picks this time but also dethrone the champ’s (Maddison Danley @missrae1986) picks. If you are able to overcome and run through our fierce gauntlet, you will become the new champ and receive a Holloway autographed picture and an autographed card with a piece of worn gear. This challenge is not limited to instate, so you can participate in the challenge from anywhere. Make sure to check out our website DenverSportsBetting.com and follow us @denversportsbetting to see when the next challenge is, our expert picks, sports betting advice, sports betting news and when our next free sweepstakes are. To see how to enter and the rules, please see below.
How it works is you will need to beat our pro’s fight card and score more points than the other participants. If there is a tie for points, we will randomly select a winner of the tied participants. You score points by picking the winner of the fight, what round and how it ends. Below is the point system. Winner will get posted on our social media and website as Champ of the “KO The Card” challenge and also, become one of the pros for the next card. Winner will be announced next week. To submit your picks, we will hopefully have a way to directly make picks from the home page of DenverBetting.com but if not, you can download the fight card and scan it in, take a picture of your picks and email them in or you can write your picks in an email (must be in an easy format to understand picks). You can submit any of those ways to KO@DenverSportsBetting.com.
